Engineered Resin Technology

Engineered Resin Technology is a component of ApHinity from EAI. ERT is a water processing solution for agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, power production, mining, pharmaceutical, institutional, and energy industries that utilizes patented resin technologies for Targeted Ion Removal. In applications where mineral fouling is a problem, some of the common limiting factors that prevent operating safely at higher mineral saturation indexes are: calcium hardness, alkalinity, iron, pH, chlorides, sulfates, perchlorates, nitrates, phosphates, and silica. ERT targets the removal of only the application limiting ions in the water as compared to complete demineralization, which is costly and unnecessary for many applications. By partially removing the targeted ions in combination with corrosion inhibitor and microbiological control agents (as needed), the system can SAFELY and RESPONSIBLY operate at the desired maximum application indexes while assuring asset preservation and operational efficiency.
